Inclusivity is a strong part of ProjectFunction. We believe that everyone (including Instructors and Learners) has the right to take part in courses and events run by ProjectFunction, in a safe and welcoming environment.
ProjectFunction, its members, and participants are all required to use neutral language when communicating with each other. This is important as it helps to show respect and mitigates the risks of accidentally offending anyone.
Anyone who is asked to stop any harassing behaviour are expected to comply immediately. Sponsors, venue staff, Instructors, Lead Instructors, Management, volunteers, and anyone else at ProjectFunction and its online communities are also subject to the anti-harassment policy.
Harassment includes but is not limited to:
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please let an instructor or member of management know or contact firstname.lastname@example.org
ProjectFunction representatives will be happy to help participants contact venue security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe while involved with ProjectFunction and its online communities.
The facilities provided during ProjectFunction sessions, including networks, internet access, wifi, power supply, furniture, toilets and the physical environment in general, must be used with respect, in full accordance with the law, the terms of this document and any additional terms laid out by Lead instructors or Management. Breaches of these terms may result in action being taken by ProjectFunction, including warning the offender, expulsion from the course and online communities, or even involving law enforcement.
